Our company was founded in 2007 by an accomplished team of linguists with established translation credentials, and extensive professional work experience. Our team is well-versed in working on the projects of various levels of complexity, and is able to deliver high quality of work with incomparably fast turnaround.
Quality at BridgeLink is managed as a system and verified independently. We have held ISO 9001:2008 certification since 2012, and successfully transitioned to ISO 9001:2015 in 2018, and are audited against it annually by SGS Hong Kong Limited. The certification validates our quality management system and step-by-step workflow meet the international standards.
Our work has also obtained external recognitions. In 2021, BridgeLink received The Most Outstanding Business Award of Translation Company 2021 at the HKMOB Awards. In 2023, the Most Innovative Enterprise Awards named BridgeLink as The Most Trusted Translation Service Provider of the Year. Every BridgeLink assignment passes through a documented three-step review: a first draft by a qualified translator, editing and proofreading by a second linguist, and a final review by a team lead prior to delivery.
Each stage is designed to identify what the preceding one may have missed. The sequence is documented and audited annually under our ISO 9001:2015 certification.
